       Let me first say that I love St. Ives as a brand. Reason being that I believe they create products of very good quality for an extremely affordable price. I've noticed that a good deal of the products they create are sold for several dollars less than the equivalent products from other brands. For example, St. Ives Purifying Sea Salt Body Wash is sold for $4.99 at CVS. Olay Daily Exfoliating with Sea Salts Body Wash is sold at CVS for $8.29 (although it's on sale right now for $5.00), and Dove Gentle Exfoliating Beauty Body Wash is sold at CVS for $8.99. I haven't tried the Olay or the Dove body washes, but I doubt that they are much better than St. Ives, so why should I pay $3.00 more? Unless of course, they have something about them that you think is worth it. 
       I am inclined to believe that several other St. Ives products are delightful. St. Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub (for the face) has been a staple of mine that I've come back to again and again since high school. After one use your face feels fresher and after a week of use your skin starts to feel smoother and there seems to be fewer bumps and rough spots.
